I Don't Want To Remember Briere's Past
On Tuesday, the Flyers visit Buffalo. Philly's goal leader at the moment is former Sabre (and Coyote) Danny Briere with 21 goals. Since I remember his 3 goal series against us in the 2006 playoffs, I wondered just how many goals players on the current roster have scored on us in the past. Briere is the clear cut winner with some surprising runner-ups. Another interesting note is Leino played 62 games for Detroit but never faced Philly. Coburn has never played a game against Philly despite being on another team (Atlanta). I have a feeling if we didn't draft Richards, Giroux, or Carter, Briere would be getting a run for his money at the moment.
